Keshet is seeking caring, energetic individuals, who have an interest in disability inclusion and want to help our students learn and grow with their peers. We have an opening for a job coach to assist students in our high school and transition program for young adults in community training worksites.
The Job Coach will work with our Vocation team assisting special education students using assigned task analysis, learning job tasks at various training sites, building abilities within the job site as well as developing additional tasks at the sites.
Using prepared task analysis, Job Coach will provide supported instruction and strategies to students as well as monitor students progress and maintain data adjacent to student goals at training sites. The Job Coach may be assigned to multiple students at various training sites.
